Why has the U.S. government not seized the assets of those companies? Why have they not been shut down? Why have the assets of BP, Transocean & Halliburton not be placed into a trust to immediately begin saving the Gulf’s wildlife and provide assistance to the hundreds of thousands of Gulf Coast residents...
